Basic interview questions about experience and scenario based. There wasn't a clear way to approach this interview because you're communicating with people and they are trying to connect with you on a personal level. I did well the first three interviews but was not offered the role after speaking with the COO. The feedback that I had to truly press for was scathing in nature (my skillset would not propel the business forward) despite the COO himself saying that he didn't have industry experience in the very role I applied when he started, and I offered an idea which management and the COO stated was a great idea for their safety standards in their software.
