Wanted me to share current salary, bonus, etc., job description - everything about my current role before they would share anything about the job they were recruiting me for. Gave me the feeling that they were searching themselves vs. trying to place strong candidates with valid positions.
No difficult or any unusual questons was asked during the initial interview but be sure to be prepared so as not to be caught off guard with any questions.
In the f2f they will ask you to pick a item and then sale it to them, so try to be a good sales person!!
