Do you see any difficulties in the Client Manager position?
Having to come up with so many of my own questions, even with people I had just met and having to essentially run many of the interviews myself.
What are three things about myself that I want you to know? It was the very first question and caught me a little off gaurd
None. They based hiring on cultural fit within the organization.
No tricky questions at all, only some behavior questions were asked by HR. For example, how do you deal with conflict between you and your supervisor?
Ask them how they treat their employees and if they can bring in a current employee into your interview to ask them some questions
How would u answer a call?
What's your knowledge of domestic violence, and sexual assault and how would you deal with a victim your first initial contact with them.
