The interview started by focussing on my previous experience and skill set and how this would relate to the position applied for. Competency based questions where also asked which again related to questioning around the specific role and job description given on the original application. Personality questions also enquired which gave you a more freedom to answer. My interviewer communicated with me affectively throughout the process.

If you had to relate to any superhero who would it be, why, and how would that apply to your position.
The first and only question was "do you have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record of three consecutive years?"

Very creative real scenario based team exercises - it was not a conventional scripted interview. I actually personally like it better and learned a lot from the exercise.
