How would you handle their issue?
Interview was not terribly difficult.
The case included customer service scenarios where there may have been time sensitive issues involved. They wanted to see what you found to be most important in these situations and then the steps you would take to resolve these issues.
STAR formatted questions such as "Tell me about a time when you have to deal with a stressful customer service situation?"
