I was told I passed two unexpected "tests" that the group had for interview candidates. The first test I passed was being on time, or 5 minutes early for the interview. The second test was having an extra resume on hand because one of the associates "forgot hers".
Questions weren't difficult. They asked about my experience and if I planned to stay for more than a year.
Tell me about a time that you had to work with two conflicting deadlines.
Tell me about a time that you learned something new.
Explain the personality types of the advisors and managers that you work with now.
Nothing came across as difficult or unexpected. Behavioral interviews are generally just a get to know you conversation.
