I asked the interviewer if he could please clarify what he meant, to which he responded by repeating it verbatim, but more slowly...I eventually answered by explaining what I consider to be the standard process of taking care of wealth management clients: prompt responses to concerns/service requests, annual reviews, proactive outreach especially during times of market volatility, etc. I don't think this is what they were looking for, but perhaps you can come up with a better answer than I could if you get this one.

What evidence do you have of times you have performed in the top 20%? When have you been working in a team and had to overcome an issue? Questions relating to handling challenges, how you learn, how you respond to feedback etc.
HR: basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, behavioral questions) Site Managers: company and role related questions Direct Manager: more of a casual conversation on past experience, expectations, etc.
