During my desk ride along they had me meet with a different set of men who asked me "Why is a man hole cover round" and "What kind of diversity can you bring to farmers"... when I started to answer, he interrupted me and yelled "thats what everyone says, try again!" Needless to say, I was stunned and turned bright red and flustered and didnt get the job. During the desk ride along I could see how great that job would have been and very interesting.
There was nothing difficult about the interview questions. I was expecting the behavior based questions but didn't get any.
"Provide an example and details of a specific claim where you had difficulty with a claimant, insured, etc. and how you resolved it"; "provide an example and details of how you had to alter the planned course of action on a claim and what course of action was taken";
A time when you disappointed yourself, I had to pause and think for a few seconds
