None of the questions were overly difficult or unexpected. When Progressive sends you the email about how to prepare for the interview, there are a few general questions already that you can prepare for. Though those specific questions weren't asked of me, the answers I had prepared for them ahead of time helped me easily answer the situational questions. Since I prepared ahead of time I already had a few situations lined up to address.

Describe a time where you had to deliver bad news
Why do you want to work for The Hartford?
Why do you want to work here?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Give an example of a time when you had to go over and above your normal duties to meet a goal?
Give an exmaple of a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation?
scenario. 3 strengths and weaknesses, mistake you have made. a time where you had to sell out a coworker. etc.
