A main question that all companies will ask is why you want to work for them...Think about why they ask that!!! They want to know if you've done your research and you're not just running around bombing everyone with your resume. Take the 4 or 5 hours to research the company, it's community outreach, how it's employees view it, everything that you can find. Sometimes, you'll come across a company that you will know to avoid, and then you'll come across a gem like this one!!
