TBF, I cannot recall verbatim yet it was aligned to experience in channel, past role history compared to this role, transferable skills, challenges overcome and how I would impact this role positively for the company. It was a discussion rather than being under a spotlight which was great and within a very relaxed environment. By no means was this easy but I was comfortable which assisted with responses.
