I was asked how I would handle different situations and how my experience is relevant to the position.
They didn't ask behavioral questions. It was more just about describing your background and experience and if you've done or have experience with what they're looking for in the job description.
Simple question on previous experience. Have you done Patch mgmt?
How would you make sure to drum up more lending leads to ensure you meet your quotas?
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. I expected questions about tracking business progress regularly.
Questions were all situation and more relevant to how you fit in their corp culture and how you would respond in certain unrealistic situations.
What type of management style would you say you have?
At a very high level, could you please walk me through your work experience to include the last 3 - 5 years of your work history & reasons for departure from your previous roles?
Business Case involved insurance claim tracking performance by employees over 9mo period. Provided data about hours logged by employees and claims tracked by month. Overall objective was to provide summary of results by division.
