The interviewers asked me how I handle challenging priorities that are all urgent. They also asked me how i measured my team for success.
All questions were easy. Most revolved around how would you handle a customer situation and questions on managing staff (ie., scheduling, doing reviews etc). Very easy.
Standard behavioral questions, review of background/education/experience, extensive on site interview discussion including assessment and strategy goals/planning should one be selected for position.
