They asked me about a social issue or environmental issue that concerned me. Also, to tell them about something from my background that helped develop my communication skills.
Thoughts/feelings on LGBT rights and other progressive organizations (DNC, Planned Parenthood)
It felt rather informal with a lot of information given about the organization. They wanted to know if you were a people person and how you heard about the position.
