Group exercise: They give you a scenario and you have to figure out what you need to do. It's in a room with three interviewers taking notes and they put you into groups of 4.
Role play: It's in a room with just you and the interviewer. First she tells you to read a three paragraph text out loud. Then she takes the role of a customer with a complaint and you have to answer her questions (the answers are in the text but you won't be allowed to look at it during the role play), the role play lasts for 2 minutes.
