Then plenty of Behavioral questions such as: When was a time when: - you had to lead a group? - you had an innovative idea that has improved a system around you? - you had to face a change from one day to the other and how you dealt with that? - you had to deal with a difficult situation? - you had to deal with strict deadlines and under pressure work? - you had to convince/persuade someone that your idea was the right choice? - you had to work hard to obtain what you really wanted?
They are all behavioural, look up on the internet for examples. One I remember: Tell me about a time when you had to teach or training somebody, how you did it and how it turned out
