We talked a lot about how Quirky payroll and benefits are currently administered. Because the company is experiencing quick tremendous growth, they spoke of processes that they wanted to change to better suit them. There weren't any very difficult questions asked, it was more of an open discussion where my comments and thoughts were weighed.
The questions were about my previous work experience at the other companies I have worked for and about the different skills and weaknesses that I have.
