I was asked about my professional experience related to the role I would be performing. Additionally, questions were raised about success stories, strategies I would use in different scenarios, skills related to role-playing, problem-solving, and creativity, as well as resource management.

What we would do if a client was hitting head on the table?
Why do you want this job?
How would I try getting a child’s attention when they were ignoring me?
How I would physically interact with a child?
Have you ever worked with anyone on the spectrum?
If I were stuck in an elevator with a client for 5 hours what would be one object that you would bring, with all materials attached to it.
One strange question they asked was what I would do with a child if we only had one Barbie accessory to play with. Kind of a weird question but I think they were looking to see if you could be creative in thinking up ways to help the child learn with random items.
