The interviews were both different as one was a competency based interview revolving around experience and how I have dealt with various things in the past such as conflict in the work place and coping with pressure in pressurised environments. The second was more focused on personal attributes and what has essentially shaped me into the person I am and to see if that would be a good fit with the company.
One key question they asked was how I ensure accuracy and compliance while handling KYC documentation.” If it was a behavioral interview “They asked me to describe a time when I handled pressure and still met my deadlines.” If it was a technical interview “They asked me to explain the end-to-end KYC process and the tools I’ve worked with.” If you want a general safe answer “They mainly asked about my previous responsibilities, how I manage time, and how I ensure quality in my work.”
