Certainly a difficult interview, but I was prepared and did not struggle. If you cannot talk about your strengths, weaknesses, and overall results with confidence, you will struggle.

Assistant Relation Manager is a junior role, but the entire interview process is not friendly, especially the case study (at least you need to write 8-9 pages). it takes time, and i feel the case study is designed for a credit analyst role rather than an assistant RM. Good for graduate to apply the role
