What are your thoughts on personal development? (4) If I ask you to improve on soft skills, what will you choose and why? (5) Name the forces acting on an in-flight aeroplane. (6) What is the difference between Center of Pressure, Center of Mass, and Center of Gravity? A few others were only probed, in-depth, on their graduate projects (or internships). Yet, another was asked to solve two complex Aerodynamics sums. Two were asked from a variety of puzzles (see Geeks for Geeks). Nobody was asked anything pertaining to the role (or Operation Management). Variable interview pattern - often, the technical interview has an HR flavor.
