I had a space to learn about the company's structure and its expansion plan. It will help you if you already researched that info before the interview, so you can ask them to clarify anything you don't understand during that space. You'll find them very open to answering any questions. All three interviewers were friendly and very professional and asked the right questions. They want to get to know you as a person and how your past experiences have shaped you into who you are now, so prepare this info. You can do personality tests to help you understand yourself better and know your key strengths and weaknesses.
