You are representing a collection of dental practices looking to be purchased by a hospital system. The head of these practices thinks there is additional value to the hospital system that is not being appreciated. How would you value this practice?
1) Estimate the size of the US market for flu vaccines 2) There is a small European Pharm company who currently have a platform to develop any anti body they want. They are currently producing drugs and selling them to big pharm companies and taking 10% profit. Discuss the pros and cons of the company going 100% vertically integrated. Then persuade the board of the company to go 100% vertically integrated and the strategy of how you would do that (given a list of possible drugs and asked which ones you would produce/ market and which ones you would licence out patents for).

The case: You're trying to advertise a drug, and you've got a budget. They gave you data on which advertisement methods costs, the target audience receptivity rates, the frequency of advertisement rates, etc. the question was 6 parts. Balance and select each parameter, and explain why your strategy came out this way.
Would you prefer to work within a regulatory team or techops?
When I wake up tomorrow morning what are the three things you want me to remember about you?
The case was the most difficult part since it was given through a phone interview. I was also asked to explain parts of my resume in detail.
