My first interviewer asked me for examples about how I've improved a process, and then when I give concrete examples of what I did specifically, she would ask, "So YOU did this? Who's idea was this?" I literally used "I" in every sentence and described what I did so I don't know why she had to keep confirming it was actually me who did these things.
