What is the difference between synchronous and asynchronous programming? Give an example of when each approach would be beneficial. Describe the process of data normalization in database design. Why is it important, and what are the different normal forms?
A large portion of the questions had to do with curriculum and training teachers which is fair except the job description did not include these two qualifications which made the interview process feel like a set up.

They asked a lot of questions about social emotional learning and about experience relationship building.
