They asked about my background and briefly summarized the position and responsibilities
Mostly generic “tell me about a time…” corporate-style questions. Nothing that actually measures creativity, skill, or what makes a candidate stand out, but they seem to think those questions separate good from bad.
All of them. Every standard and complex hiring question will be asked by multiple people.
What was one of your favorite projects you worked on and what was your contribution.
The Talent Manager asked several behavioral questions like, "Tell me about a project that encountered challenges and how you overcame them." The panel interviewers did not ask behavioral questions (even though they were supposed to). They asked to see my work and have me walk through it.
