They ask all applicants to complete a tax credit questionnaire, which they call a "screening." The email from HR says that School Specialty can't see the answers, but the questionnaire itself says that management CAN see the answers. It asks for name, address, and SSN, and I didn't feel comfortable with how the information would be used so I didn't complete the questionnaire. The whole process seems very slimy.
