Started of the day from 12-6. Sandwiches were served at 12.30 and the activities started at 1. Began the day with an icebreaker with the question "tell me something interesting about yourself" - this was done as a whole group of 40-50 people. Informal one-on-one lasting five minutes where the only real questions were to name a strength and weakness. Other questions included: start availability, driving licence, salary expectation, holidays booked - mainly admin based information. A 3-minute presentation in front of one person on a topic we find interesting. While this was going on there was a CV/Interview clinic held in the main room. Two group tasks that were actually assessed, one of which we had to present to the room of candidates (40-50 people). A key focus on their desired values of candidates: teamwork, time-management, work ethic, presentation/communication, integrity etc.
