When I was waiting to be interviewed, I overhead a lot of sexual jokes going on and improper language that was not suitable for any business. I have heard better English being spoken at McDonalds. I understand that having a gay publication may make their company more "liberal" than some, but it does not mean that EVERYONE wants to know who is doing who, who did what to who last night and who is going to do to who at lunch. The interview questions were short. They were basically asked as if they had been asked a zillion times before. Such as; what do you know about the company? There weren't too many follow up questions. I had to ask them more questions than they asked me. It was very quick and to the point.
