What are your hourly rate requirements? Are you located in San Diego and able to work in-house (San Diego/Kearny Mesa area) Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm? If hired, when would you be available to start? On a scale of 1-10, please rate your InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop skills. What main program do you use to design in? Would you be willing to switch to using InDesign as your main design software? Would you be willing to take a Designer Application Test using only InDesign? We are looking to hire ASAP and are giving priority to those who can interview and start sooner rather than later. Please let me know if you have any issues with interviewing this week and/or starting in the next two weeks (if you do, it’s completely fine, we are just hoping to start someone sooner rather than later).
