To briefly summarize the case study: you are an area manager and one of your employees was late. They were docked 30 mins in pay. However, another employee under another area manager was also late, but that area manager chose to not dock that employees pay due to personal issues at home (I think it was they needed this job to pay their bills or something along those lines). So, essentially explain what you would do when your employee approaches you and asks why their pay was docked and the other employees wasn’t. Also, what would you do if another area manager did this (as it goes against company policies, etc.). In terms of the other interview questions, they were all random behavioural based questions. Think of a time you handled conflict, were in a leadership role, etc.
Give an example of a time when you found a simple solution to a seemingly difficult problem.
