Phone interview is all about job history and qualifications. Then they'll ask for an in person interview.
I was asked about prior work history.
What is customer service? Why do you want to work for kaiser? How do you handle a irate customer?
They didn't ask me a single question aside from telling me their needs and asking if I could do those tasks. Definitely not a traditional interview in that sense however mine may have been an exception.
They have not interviewed me yet.
Explain a time you disagreed with a manager. How did you handle it? What was the outcome?
