1. How much do you know about the position? (testing if we have read the link sent in interview schedule mail) 2. Why did you apply? What do you enjoy the most about the position? (After my answer, she explained that most enjoyable thing about MathWorks for many is the company's culture..) 3. How do you go about your day? How organized are you? What tools do you use to keep yourself organized? 4. Which are your top 2 strongest coding languages? 5. Explain about one of your projects in non-technical terms? (While all this are being answered, she was taking down notes for each answer) 6. How do you handle difference of opinion within your team between you and someone? 7. Confirm you GPA and VISA details. 8. Have you applied to any other positions too or in the process of interviewing for any? 9. Schedule for technical interview.
