On-site coding question Given these two functions: getCount() -> number of overflows of the ticks counter getTicks() -> number of ticks and two constants: TICKS_PER_SECOND MAX_TICKS -> max value returned by getTicks() Write a function getTime() that returns the current time in seconds, using the given functions and constants.
