Technical one was the easiest one. Went through concepts of programming. With managers it was behavioural questions like: - give a goal you have not reached yet and tell me about your action plans - tell me about a time you choose a colleague - why you choose that person and what was the outcome - tell me about a problem you couldn't solve and the actions you took - there is an sql script which is running slow. What actions you can take to check the cause - tell me about your framework - tell me about the last bug you couldn't catch - you are not coming from the same background with the person you are working with. How would you communicate? Whiteboard session was about preparing the functional tests for a payment solution. There were 4 different microservices involved.

1. Code Pairing: A project repo will be shared. You will be given few days to go through it on your own. After that first round will take place where you have to implement/extend a short feature. Full implementation/extension is not needed. Your approach is what's judged. 2. Tech Round: This consists of three sub-rounds usually - Prev Project Discussion - Small Coding Exercise - Implement switch case without using switch - HLD/LLD - tictactoe, snakes & ladders, stock management system I didn't do very well in the HLD/LLD part so another round was scheduled for that. 3. Final round - It is the Social/Cultural fit round. Opinions around few topics like LGBTQ community, reservation, sexism, poverty, illiteracy are asked. Challenges you have faced in your prev exp are asked.
