This was an interview more aligned to a senior modeller / data scientist than a director of analytics.

This was an interview more aligned to a senior modeller / data scientist than a director of analytics.

The hiring manager treated this interview as an opportunity to get free consulting. Most of his questions did not revolve around the job specs. Many of the other questions seemed out of an HR Manual with the usual what do you want to do in 5 years etc.
