The last round with the leadership was very fun and nerve wrecking as head on I was told to ask them any question I had and I was told to drive the interview instead the other way round.

The interviewer with the most seniority (VP) expressed concern over my relatively shorter tenure ( average of 2-3 years) from my previous jobs, although I have been with my current company for almost 4 years. Not surprising, since the range of tenure among the 8 people I met is 8 to 25 years. Don't know if long tenure is CS culture, but at least in this department it is.
