Overall discussion about your experience and generally telling your work story. Highlights of specific examples within Change, Financial Services, Regulatory, Technology etc. and describing fit and relevance to areas where Capco are involved. Some competency based examples to show approach and style of working. Mock case study and short presentation.
I ASKED THEM an unexpected question: I asked what their employee churn rate was, they didn't know. I asked what their annual revenue was, they didn't know. These were high level execs I asked.

There were many questions both basic and advanced.
They asked technical questions on my skill set and gave me some requirements and asked me to provide a solution for the given problem.
Questions were very basic if you are from a FSI background - What is trade, What is trade lifecycle, What is a clearing agent, What is a transfer agent, what is CCAR ( I had banking experience too), What is Basel etc. ....( I feel these are very basic questions and are probably good for hiring an analyst). I was also asked some management consulting type questions (market entry, supply chain optimization etc.) which again I don't understand the rationale for asking if you are hiring for a FSI practice. The questions were dumb in my opinion.
