What RAID stands for and what are the differences between Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies. Also, what are the types of mitigation of the risks (Avoidance, minimization and compensatory) and what is the difference between them. Behavioral questions were about solving problems between key stakeholders, managing stakeholders and information within a Team. Also how to execute information and support from the Team.
