All 7 people I met with asked the general, "tell me about yourself" question. One executive asked great, behavioral questions about work style, stress management, challenges, etc. But generally, very few questions were asked. Most of the interview time was spent listening to each (7) interviewer tell me about the firm.

All the questions were textbook interview questions such as "why do you want to work at Funding Circle?" so there were no surprises or difficulties.
They asked me a lot about my previous job. What was the daily routine like, how did I deal with unexpected problems and work under pressure? They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, how I cope with failure, and what failure event I experienced at work. They were interested in my report work, how exactly I prepared reports and collected the data.
