Playing pymetic game
First round: Asked to read through a case study of a recent deal and talk through various valuation techniques. Final round: Time largely dominated by listening the the various interviews talk about what they do. When I did get asked anything it was always very bland questions about why I want to work in finance, why Nomura etc. No mention of brain teasers or problem solving.
What is your opinion on the real estate market in the UK at the moment?
What was the multiple you used on that transaction valuation?
How can you get beta value for CAPM model

Question was a hypothetical problem where a company had a choice of either to dispose of a property asset and subsequently rent the the building or to hold on to the asset
