ams OSRAM Quality Engineer interview questions

I have one phone technical interview, and one face to face technical interview, and lastly interview from HR. They took care of the hotel, ticket, and transportation when I had my face to face interview.

Its totally waste of my time. There are 3 interviews. First one with telephone. Second interview is personal meeting with hiring manager. They ask you go directly onsite.Then third interview with other team members. It will be another country. They simply drag you country to country to attend the interviews. The interview process will be 3 months, Finally they will say NO. Its totally waste of time and playing with candidates.
