ams OSRAM Process Engineer interview questions

Interview was easy and it was done in 3 phases. First phase was telephonic interview which lasted for 50 mins. 2nd phase was face to face interview and it lasted for around 1 hour, in which they mostly asked basic questions regarding tools and previous experiences. Basically they wanted to know persons interest in the field of work. Last phase was HR interview where they asked your expectations and future goals
