Questions asked in front of group: how would you describe the color yellow to a person who was blind? What is your favorite sport and why? If you could meet 3 famous people dead or alive who would you meet and why? Etc just be creative. Why did you pick spirit? Have you ever had to step up in an emergency? What would you do if a customer was yelling at a flight attendant you were working with about a federal regulation and you could see he/she was struggling? (I said I would try to explain to the passenger that we must follow all safety procedures for the benefit and safety of the passengers and aircraft) What would you do if he/she got really upset with you for intervening in the situation? (I said I would apologize and explain that I only wanted to help but from now on I would always ask first before tripping to step into a situation. And I said I would keep an open mind in the future that not everyone would agree with my way of handling things.
