I didn't have any difficult or unexpected questions. From my experience, the interview process was a vetting of cultural fit more than it was of expertise or knowledge. They didn't ask much about the things that could be gathered from reading your resume. There were no essays or strange questions.
One of the aspects that set me apart from other candidates was that I had a bunch of excel printouts of different scenarios I created manipulating factors (such as sales, costs, customers) and showing how the end results were effected by the changes.
One interviewer asked me no questions, but made me interview her with questions I had about the position. I had asked so many questions already that day, it was difficult to come up with more questions to ask.

None. I did my study well and was expecting all the questions as they were well connected with the challenges we face in the professional workplace as a consultant. If you know what you do and you understand the responsibilities of the role you are interviewing for the process will be quite straightforward and easy going.
