A question that surprised me was if I was willing and able to do a lot of local travel (mostly during business hours, but overtime sometimes required). By local, this included going to hospitals over 30 miles from the job site on a frequent basis (mileage to be reimbursed). I wasn't expecting travel to be frequent based on the posted job description.
