Interviews started off with general pleasantries then segued into “Let’s talk about your background.” All participants were prepared with a copy of my resume in hand.
The interview overall was conversational, and directed towards learning about my personal story and work experience. Questions such as "Where are you from?", "What are your job experiences?", "Where did you go to school?", "What are some qualities you can identify yourself with that will benefit in the work place?"
