Why should we higher you?
In Scientific Interview... they ask you about problems in the Bachelor's textbook regarding your specialty... but they expect you to explain it in two levels... one understandable as 101 courses... and the other for a graduate student who has some questions to understand the topic for further studies... and you should also give some study book recommendation for each question...
Briefly describe your approach to presenting the required subject matter to our students.
The College has MTQ Minimum Teaching Qualifications so, there is not too much need to explain the experience. The interview was primarily talking about the job, the role, the curriculum etc.
We have a lot of military students, that may miss class, how would you handle their case? In addition, they may miss turning in their paper or assignments late, how would you handle that?
What range of courses can you teach?
How I would handle a situation where a student was challenging me about a grade.
There really wasn't a formal interview for this position...it was more subtly. I was asked if I would be able to teach on the periphery of my content area.
How I would find tutors to man the math center.
