Generally 2-3 rounds of interview- HR round , hiring manager round, panel interview with case study.i found it a bit unreasonable that employees with same level of designation were a part of panel that too were new in the company?

How do I manage to work with different or difficult stakeholders?
I was contacted by a recruiter with whom I met, then the hiring manager. Everyone was professional and brief. There was not a deep level of conversation with the hiring manager.
It took about a month and involved several individuals from various departments. It was fair and objective throughout. I would recommend and believe that it was executed in a timely manner.

- Recruiter screening- 121 with Hiring manager-Case study - One more interview with the team. Extremely unorganised and unprofessional behaviour by the interviewee and HR. Role paused, ghosted, recruiter not responding-etc

The team had no idea about what they wanted to do. Hence questions were around " tell us how you did x in your previous company"
