Interview
The interview process was a group panel with the current manager at the retail store. The interview questions were basic. The interviewer was very outgoing and made sure everyone was able to speak and answer each question. The process was very professional and i enjoyed it. I highly recommend working for this company. They made it easy and fun and you could tell by the interview process.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
Enjoyed it, it was very straight forward did not need a lot of preparation but you need to be confident and go for it; research Adidas deeply before going in to the interview
